Welcome to our Kids Coding Platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed to provide a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children to learn coding. These terms govern your use of our services.

Parents or guardians must create accounts on behalf of children under 13 years old. All registration information must be accurate, complete, and updated as necessary. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under their accounts.

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants. Any inappropriate language, bullying, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the class. Students must adhere to instructor guidelines during live sessions to maintain a constructive learning environment.

All fees must be paid in advance to access classes. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been attended. Partial refunds may be issued for unused sessions, at our discretion.

To participate in our online classes, users must maintain a stable internet connection and use an updated web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). A working webcam and microphone are required for interactive sessions. Any necessary software must be downloaded and installed prior to class.

We prioritize the privacy and security of our users. Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Student data is securely stored and never shared with third parties without explicit consent. Parents can request access to or deletion of their child's data at any time.

All content on the platform, including course materials, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of our organization. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we are not liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or inaccuracies that may arise during classes. Users are encouraged to report any issues immediately for resolution.
